The artisan passion passed down from generation to generation. This is Fratelli Cavinato.
Since the half of 30’s, in Sarginesco, a small village in the province of Mantova, the craftsman Achille Cavinato, in addition to the production of furniture, windows and doors, practiced the art of making animal-drawn vehicles as carts with wooden wheels, in compliance with the strict laws and regulations that governed the dimensions and the payload of the wheels.
With his passion and woodworking skills, he managed to captivate his sons, Alberto and Giancarlo, who, after becoming familiar with the raw materials, started to produce furniture and kitchens the first one and the other windows and doors, laying thus the concept of a company project which did not take long to materialize.
In 1975, after the relocation of the family in the province of Milan and an important working experience in the field of home furnishing, Alberto and Giancarlo, in honor of their father, made their dream come true: the Fratelli Cavinato Woodwork.
Sure about their potential and with a high quality that has always been the principal feature of their products, the Fratelli Cavinato went on with their project of professional growth also thanks to the purchase of new equipment and the use of the best available raw materials and metalware. After more than twenty years passed between the workshops in Monza and Nova Milanese they decided to move the activity in the throbbing heart of the furniture handcraft: Lissone.
The passion and the dedication to this work engaged in the family business also Marco (Alberto's son) who thanks to the received education and the use of numerical control woodworking machines, always at the state of the art levels and constantly updated, brings innovation and technology to the company succeeding in meeting the customers’ satisfaction who are highly attentive to the new design trends, without overlooking its own key factor: the quality of the products.
